University of Arizona Poetry Center

About

The University of Arizona Poetry Center is a library and reading space devoted to poetry, with more than 65,000 books on the shelves. It's a non-lending library, so you browse and read on site for as long as you like. The library is free and open to everyone, Tuesday through Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm. Most events are free too, including the Reading Series, Kids Create and exhibitions. On weekdays, the Highland Avenue Garage across the street charges by the hour. The surface lots around the building are free after 5pm and on weekends.
