Sun Link Streetcar

Sun Link is Tucson's modern streetcar, running a 3.9-mile route with 23 stops. It connects the University of Arizona and Main Gate Square with Fourth Avenue, downtown and the Mercado San Agustín area. Rides are fare free at the direction of the Mayor and Council, so you can just step on. Cars come every 10 to 30 minutes, starting at 7am on weekdays and 8am on weekends. It's a simple way to string together shops, restaurants and sights without moving your car. Service runs until 10pm Monday through Thursday, until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and until 8pm on Sundays.
