5.3 No Endorsement

The listing of an event on Sociumn does not constitute our endorsement, recommendation, or approval of the event or its organizers.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Premium Subscriptions

We offer premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features. Subscription details, including pricing and features, are described on our website.

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription

6.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.
