Mercado San Agustín is a courtyard market on the west side, built in a Spanish colonial style and inspired by traditional Mexican marketplaces. It anchors the Mercado District at the western end of the Sun Link streetcar line, which is fare-free. The open-air courtyard is free to wander, and leashed dogs are welcome. Food and drinks cost extra, from Seis Kitchen tacos and Presta coffee to pan dulce at La Estrella Bakery. Presta Coffee Roasters and Seis Kitchen both started here with small spaces before growing across Tucson. The Mercado marked 15 years in 2026 and is still a gathering place for the west side.
