Sky Bar is a solar-powered cafe on Fourth Avenue that turns into an astronomy bar once the sun goes down. Telescopes come out on the patio every night, with resident astronomers on hand Friday and Saturday to help guests spot planets like Saturn and Jupiter and snap photos of the sky. The bar sits right next to its sister restaurant, Brooklyn Pizza, so a slice is always within reach. It was also one of the first businesses in Tucson to run entirely on solar power. Stop by after dark for the best view through the telescopes, or drop in earlier in the day for coffee on the sunny patio.
