Taqueria Pico de Gallo started in 1990 as a pushcart outside Pueblo High School, selling the fruit salad it's named for. Nacho and Antonia Delgado grew that cart into a South Tucson taqueria. The corn tortillas are pressed by hand, and so are the masa and salsas. Their daughter Diana runs it now and says the recipes haven't changed. Come hungry, and get a horchata.
