Cafe Passé is a Fourth Avenue cafe with a garden patio and a bar. Wooden Tooth Records got its start in a back room here. The cafe reopened in November 2023 after 18 months closed and is now owned by Jenny Rice. It's on the streetcar line, so it's an easy break during a walk on the Avenue.
