Hotel Congress opens its halls for guided tours built around the building's long, sometimes dark history, including its connection to the capture of John Dillinger's gang. A guide leads small groups through guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces, pointing out spots tied to reported hauntings and real historical events. The tour suits history buffs as much as ghost hunters, framed more as a walk through the hotel's past than a scare-driven attraction.
