The evening parade and festival brings illuminated floats, marching bands, and local groups down through downtown Tucson to close out the holiday season's biggest single night out. Families line the parade route with blankets and chairs well before the floats arrive, then head into the surrounding plaza for food vendors, a stage, and additional holiday activities after the parade passes. The free event draws one of downtown's largest crowds of the year, with a festive, family-oriented feel from start to finish. Arriving early secures a spot along the route.
