The multi-day rodeo and fair brings professional and community riders together for competitions, a parade, and traditional games on the Tohono O'odham Nation. Admission includes rodeo seating, a carnival midway, and community meals. Riders compete in bull riding, barrel racing, and roping events across several days, while a Main Street parade features tribal floats and youth groups. Traditional games like toka run alongside pow wow dancing and drumming. The gathering feels like a homecoming as much as a competition, rooted in decades of tradition and open to visitors curious about O'odham culture. It rewards an early start and a full day of wandering between the arena, carnival, and fairgrounds.
