Casa Maria Thanksgiving Benefit at Hotel Congress

About

This yearly benefit concert raises money for the Casa Maria Soup Kitchen, a free kitchen that serves hundreds of people every day. Local musicians give their time to play, and the money raised helps keep meals going through the holidays. The lineup is packed with Tucson favorites, including Stephen Lee, Oscar Fuentes y Los Bandeleros, Mark Zubia, Rich Hopkins and the Luminarios, and Sparrows and The Last Train. Guests give a suggested donation at the door and spend the night listening to rock, roots and border music. The show is open to all ages and has a giving, hometown feel. It suits music fans and anyone who wants to give back before Thanksgiving.
