Large art installations light up the water and walkways along a city canal for this nighttime art festival. This year's theme is Western nature. People stroll the canal paths and bridges to see glowing sculptures and light-based artwork after dark. Cool evening air and bright colors make it a fun night out for couples, friends and families.
